Loud pants could be heard coming from one of the training fields of Konoha. Sounds of shinobi pushing themselves to the limit wasn’t uncommon in this village, but the outcome of the battle was.
Naoko threw a high kick up at her sparring partners chin, just missing because he pulled back. She jumped forwards at him, landing, and swiping a leg low in an attempt to knock his legs out from under him. It didn’t work as he blocked her, and she made a disgruntled noise of frustration.
“Just give up already, Isamu-baka. You’ll never win against me,” Naoko puffed, smirking at him. The medic across from her looked up at those words, his hands still resting on his knees. A chuckle came from him and he stood up straight.
“Naoko-chan, that wasn’t very nice. I know I can’t win against you when we have no rules, but now I can and will,” Isamu retorted, taking a step closer to his little companion. “So watch out.” With that said, he rushed towards her, kunai ready. He slashed out at her, but frowned as she blocked him with her own. He jumped back, and pulled his navy sleeve back, three needles falling into his open palm. The medic threw them at the Kaiki, smirking as one hit her.
“You sick and twisted jerk. You get pleasure out of this?” the brunette hissed, split kicking Isamu’s chest. He winced, and she smiled.
“Yes. And I could say the same for you,” he replied, goofy grin adorning his tan features.
Naoko let out a huge sigh between her pants, and lunged forwards at him once more, leaving the needle embedded in her arm. No time to take care of that.
"It's too bad you don't have someone on your side. You might actually win once in a while if you did," landing on his shoulders, she jumped away from him, sending him into the ground.
"It's too bad you don't have a boyfriend. You might actually be easier to beat, Naoko-chan. And I'm sure that we can find you someone suitable..." Isamu teased as he pulled himself up. There was no way that he would ever let his little Naoko go out with someone. No. He'd have to kill that person.
The youngest person there glowered and kicked out, not concentrating much in her angry haze. She'd kill him. Yes. She'd have to kill him for that comment. Lightning bolts were thrown out at him from her hands, and he narrowly escaped them.
"I think you better get some help before you need a medic." she growled, grinding her teeth. Her bright green eyes flashed, and she reached out to her older friend, trying to shock him. He leaned away, and she stumbled forwards. Isamu took the chance to attack when Naoko tripped, and threw a punch out at her. Crap. She was far too into the fight now to understand his reasonings. He'd need some help calming her down. He prayed that someone might happen along during this sparring session before it was too serious.

"What's this I hear about you drinking?" Came Mui's enraged voice as he and Kawauso walked on the dirt path to the training grounds, his eyes were blazing with rage towards his god-sister as he glared at her. He smacked her upside the head with a large hand, causing her to stumble and trip; he didn't wait for her to pick herself up and follow him. Before she was able to say anything he spoke again. "Don't even bother arguing. I'm your only legal guardian now and I can do that on certain conditions... Like now, when you decided to do something stupid like that."
"That's hardly fair, Mui-bozu..." Kawauso snarled, her eyes watering as she clutched her newly bruised head, glaring back at him with resentment. She sighed and took a deep breath before continuing. "You never even heard my side of the story... I didn't even get to drink it, Taka took it from me and gave me the same lecture that you did about two minutes ago... It was a dare. I'm sorry."
"Huh." Came Mui's grunt of a reply as his look softened and he rubbed the young Tejina's head with a loud sigh. He hugged her like the little sister she was to him and he laughed in relief. "Don't scare me like that please..."
The sound of people fighting reached Mui and Kawauso's ears and they turned off of the path, following the noise. Mui frowned at the sight, but Kawauso simply tilted her head, clearly interested in the battle that was taking place and she was about to walk closer when Mui held her back.
"Naoko-chan seems... Angry." (No flippin DUH) He stared at the two of them and quickly rushed over, grabbing one of Naoko's arms first and then one of Isamu's, yanking down on them both and feeling a shock of electricity shoot through him - he tried to ignore that. He sealed Naoko's arm to the ground since she seemed to be the most dangerous at the moment and dragged Isamu aside, his eyes a little wide. "What in the world is going on here?!"

Kazuko was out for the day searching for the one and only thing that needed a search for.... Furea-sama she always dashed off randomly to places he didnt know yet so most of his time was spent roaming the village in search of anything interesting or even her ^_^ he was in the forest on the edge of the training field up high in a tree looking around he sighed "Awww man today is so boring i cant belive it where could Furea be or even anyone else...."
suddenly a distant bang was heard coming from the training grounds he peered across it was too far away to see for the normal eye 'Byakugan' he peered further into the distance by looking at the place there was a residue of chakra and there were two figures sparring one was Naoko and the other her medic freind but there seemed to be somthing wrong.... "hmm... well better go see its more interesting than the inevitabe search for Furea..." he said as he jumped through the trees towards the two fighting in the field until he got close enough to listen...

Naoko braced herself for the punch Isamu sent out, and barely moved back as it connected with her collar bone. She could already feel a bruise forming, but the rational side of her mind had left. She leapt forwards, her arms outstretch and charged. There was no way she was going to let him go without the fight he clearly craved.
The punch barely clipped the sixteen year old’s porcelain cheek, but she still went down. Standing back up, she was going to shove Isamu when her arm was captured by a new hand. Bright green eyes shifted to glare at the person who held her arm captive: Mui. Everything happened so quickly that the Jounin hadn’t any time to act. Before she knew it, she was trapped to the ground.
Amethyst eyes filled with relief as Isamu was pulled away from Naoko. He grinned slightly, showing off his pearly white teeth, until he saw that it was Mui who had intervened. And the other medic hadn’t seemed to calm about finding his new acquaintances in a battle. Taking a moment to pause for air, he began to re-tell that story.
“I thought it was pretty obvious. She was electrocuting me,” Isamu stated in between puffs, until he realized that wasn’t the best answer for this guy. “We were sparring, working on our taijutsu and weapon use, until she got fed up with losing and—” He was cut off as his previously used needle was flung at him, and he caught it in his hand. No use in wasting it; he tucked it back into his pocket. Glancing over, he saw Naoko on her hands and knees, glowering at him. Her arm bled slightly from where she had removed the senbon.
“How about you tell him the truth? Tell him that you were losing and decided to push the limits. You wanted this fight, so finish it,” she gasped, chest heaving wildly in search of air. Her face was emotionless, but she tugged nonstop at her arm. Glancing over at Kawauso, she raised an eyebrow. Had her opinion on the Kaiki changed because of this outburst?
“Alright, alright. I admit that I might have provoked you slightly but still. Chill. Okay?” Isamu pleaded, staring at Mui. He was speaking with Naoko, but his instincts told him to be wary of the other medic. Their previous encounter had him suspicious of this man.

"Hmph." Kawauso shifted as the vibrations returned to her feet and she shifted her pale unseeing eyes glaring at Naoko. She was still rather peeved about the last time they had met, and she turned away from the older girl with a low growl, her face screwed up in a frown. She suddenly turned, the vibrations returning and she smiled as the vibrations were farmilliar; Kazuko was nearby. "Kazuko-sama..."
Mui nodded in understanding and smiled down at Isamu with a knowing glance; he was quite like Hatayumi, always picking fights with the wrong people. He noticed the odd vibes he was getting from the black haired man
"Oy... Naoko-chan..." Mui blinked politely, crouching down about a foot in front of her, resting his arms on his thighs, smiling warmly at her. He tilted his head to the side, still beaming at her. "If you promise me you won't hurt Isamu-kun... I'll let you go. How does that sound? Fair enough?"

Naoko gazed somberly at Kawauso as she turned away from her. She knew she deserved it; she still hadn’t had the chance to apologize for before. Sighing, she yanked harder on the thin limb, the attempts of escaping unsuccessful. The Kaiki sensed another well known chakra spot, that Hyuuga Kazuko. She kept trying to free her arm, but chose to glare at Isamu and listen to the two medics talk.
Isamu chuckled as he stole a glance at his small friend. “She’s a bit feisty today; sparring does that to her,” he teased, winking at her. His amethyst eyes moved to gaze at Kawauso. “Hey, have I met you before? I don’t think so, I’d definitely remember a cutie like you.” He asked, walking over to her after giving Mui a brief nod. A silly grin crossed his tan face.
“She’s not eighteen, so paws off Isamu. You know better,” the Kaiki growled glowering furiously at her legal friend. He was so aggravating. Her green eyes snapped to stare at Mui as he approached her and her pale face went blank. She listened carefully to him, the ghost of a smirk on her lips.
“That sounds more than fair, Mui-sama… But I’m not able to make that promise... How about you let me go, and I try my best not to hurt ‘Isamu-kun’..?” she inquired softly, eyes wide with innocence. Maybe it would work? To add to the effect of her words, she pouted and her cheeks were still flushed from her fight. Ironically, Naoko wasn’t aware of how she appeared, as it all felt natural to her.

Kawauso blushed terribly, adverting her face away from him but it was no use - the color rose in her ears as well and she had decided to wear her silver blond hair up today. She couldn't look up anywhere and there was no way she could look at him now, stupid medic. Too bad that she saw through vibrations in the ground, so that everything within a ten mile radius was crystal clear in her minds eye, including the small group - along with him. She shifted her feet uneasilly, her fingers playing with a decorative string on the black silk kimono she was wearing, wishing that she had just stayed home. It would have saved her the burning sensation that was still in her cheeks.
"N-no... We haven't met..." She said in a soft voice, shaking her head so that her looped hair bounced around. Mui smiled sweetly back at the young Kaiki, but he shook his head as she spoke; he knew he couldn't let her have her way, no matter how much he wanted to. And with that face, it was incredibly hard for him to say no.
"I'm sorry Naoko-san... But I cant let you up unless I can make sure no one will get hurt." He said, making a pouting face himself, a slight breeze shifting his bright hair. "I don't want to keep you there, but I need to make sure that I won't have to use any of the medical jutsu I learned after I let you up... So, are you ready to behave? Both of you?" He added, smiling back at Isamu, somewhat smug about the redness in Kawauso's cheeks. She had always teased him when he blushed but he decided to keep his laughing to himself - there would be plenty of time for him to do that later.

Isamu blinked obliviously as Naoko scolded him. He had done something wrong? All he did was talk to Kawauso… He glanced once more at the silver blonde, and noticed her reddened face. Oh. Everything clicked in to him at that moment, and he chuckled silently to himself. He was quite stupid sometimes. Stepping closer to the youngest person present, he decided to try his best to be less flirty.
“I’m Isamu, a friend of the ever stubborn Kaiki Naoko. And you are…?” he asked, extending a large hand and giving a polite smile. If he had to act like this all the time, he’d burst. He liked being loose and relaxed, it was cheerful. Still smiling he scoffed mockingly at Mui. “Me? Misbehave? Well I never!” he exclaimed, faking a pained expression. He stole a quick glance at Naoko, smirking at her predicament. If only he could enjoy that a little more, but he returned his attention to Kawauso.
“B-b-but… Mui-sama…” Naoko sighed, thinking it over. Was being set free really worth not finishing the fight? Deciding it was; she felt defeat wash over her. “I wouldn’t even hurt him that much…,” she mumbled, sighing once more.
“I promise to behave Mui-sama… Will you please let me up now…? Please?” Naoko asked, pouting once more. Not sure if he can though… Stupid jerk. she thought, blinking her eyes a few times.

"Kawauso... You know... You don't have to act like that." The Tejina pointed out, taking his hand with her strong grip. She could tell he wasn't being himself, and that made her rather uneasy, especially if the person was a stranger to her... But not for long. She smirked darkly up at him and stomped her bare foot lightly; she knew he had no idea what she was capable of.
"Yes, of course." Mui smiled politely and the seal was removed instantly as he stood up again, towering over her. He baby blue eyes narrowed in suspicion and he was suddenly behind his god-sister, lifting her off the ground. She squealed, being blinded and she flailed helplessly as he held her calmly, his eyes hard and serious. Stupid girl. She knew that he could tell if she was using her power to dig through peoples personal memories, but she had gone right ahead and done it anyway.
"Iasmu... You have to be careful with this one." He sighed with a small growl as she kicked him in the groin by accident. "She'll browse through your personal information like a book if you don't watch her closely..."

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Kawauso. And it's alright, Naoko-chan might murder me if I don't. If only I hadn't met her all those years ago..." Isamu replied, smiling brightly at the young Tejina. He knew that he would behave well around her, it was now imprinted in his mind. He shook her hand, almost impressed with her grip. Ninja were getting stronger everyday, so it wasn't that big of a deal for him, since he normally had to pin one down to gurneys. A dark eyebrow rose as Kawauso smirked, and the medic crossed his arms over his chest.
"Thank you... Mui-sama..." Naoko whispered, collapsing fully. She rubbed her newly free arm, and stood up slowly. She watched as Mui picked Kawauso up and moved over to Isamu, still gazing at the God-siblings.
"Oh, so that's the game you've been playing? Well, that's not very nice, Kawauso-chan. I thought you'd at least let me play too..." Isamu said, laughing all the while. "I don't have too much to fear about her seeing, though not everything might be something she should... I've seen far too much in my twenty-one years. And I'm used to being careful around teenage girls." The medic smiled, thinking back over the years. Heck, even the last few hours could prove that last comment true.
Naoko stared at the two 'siblings' and then glance at Isamu with emotionless green eyes. Raising a hand slowly, she quickly whacked him upside the head, just barely reaching it. She quickly side stepped away from him, afraid of him attempting to pick her up like Mui did with the Tejina. Isamu blinked dumbly, his eyes still on Mui and Kawauso as he felt a hard hit on his head. What had just happened?

"Um... Mui-nii... Can you put me down now? I'm sorry." Kawauso squeaked as he growled and she hung her head in shame as he set her back down glad to be ale to see again. She bowed somberly, her unseeing eyes a bit distant as she looked up at the handsome man in front of her, tilting her head to the side with a small grin. "Can we start over?"
"Good girl... Behave yourself please... We don't need anymore trouble." Mui said sternly, tapping her head hard and sighing in annoyance. "You're such a handfull... Jeez."

Isamu raised one eyebrow at the two before him, chuckling slightly and shaking his head. Out of the corner of his eyes, he watched Naoko on the sidelines. "Yes, I think we should. As long as there is no mind reading or whatever it is... I mean, it's not quite fair. I believe that its not a very good way to make friends. You have to learn about each other equally," he spoke calmly, almost out of character. He wasn't sure, but he didn't feel like being silly right now.
Naoko scooted back with the group, feeling safe enough now. It was slightly awkward, she didn't really know the other two very well, and she and Isamu got along as well as cats and dogs. Listening to the group talk, the Kaiki realized that she was tired. Or bored. Or both. She yawned, a bit saddened that her practice had ended. Why had they arrived at that time? "Need something to keep you awake, Naoko-chan?" Isamu chuckled, wrapping an arm around her small frame. "How about I take you guys all out for a late lunch? I'll pay for everything," he said, smiling brightly at the group. He seriously hoped that he wasn't going to be the only person who wanted to go out.
"I can't help it... Lightning jutsus are harder than they appear to be..." Naoko whined, crossing her arms. She didn't really like Isamu's arm around her shoulders, but he felt so warm.

"H-hai... I'm sorry. I won't do it again." Kawauso bowed once more, her face turning red again as she straightened up, the strings on the kimono swinging around as she moved.
"Oh!" Her entire face lit up when the topic of food came up, a smile making her eyes dance as she turned her pale eyes back up to meet his. Poor Isamu. He had no idea how much the young Tejina could eat. He'd soon regret offering to pay for everything - he'd be broke. She whirled on Mui, facing him with big eyes and a small pout.
"Pleeeeeeeease nii-san?" He glowered at her - she knew that face always worked. He sighed and smiled at Isamu, bowing in thanks, knowing what was yet to come.
"That is very kind of you, Isamu-san... Thank you."

Naoko glanced down at her clothing, then back to Kawauso. She felt very unfeminine in her mission outfit, and the other girl in a kimono. She gace the Tejina a quick smile, and prayed that she might forgive her for her previous actions. Her green eyes flickered in between the members of the group, and rested on Mui. It felt odd, but she couldn't resist doing so.
Isamu smiled politely while waiting for Mui to answer his God-sister. He actually hoped that the other medic would agree, since he wanted to get to know the other better. He wasn't sure if he trusted him completely or not... "C'mon Mui-san. What's lunch between friends?" he asked, laughing and waving it off. "I'm just pleased to have some new company. Naoko-chan is getting rather annoying and boring. I need more friends," he said, his voice slightly teasing. He was starting to get bored with only have the young Kaiki to talk to... She wasn't always big on conversation.
Naoko sighed, her eyes dropping from Mui and her cheeks flushed. Isamu always thought that he was being funny, but he never knew when he took it too far. She removed the ties from her hair, and let it cascade down her back and shoulders sheilding her face from the rest of the group. At least she'd get some tea. She stared walking down the trail towards Konoha, Isamu moving with her. His arm was around her, so it was only normal.

"Alright, alright..." Mui huffed, frowning at Kawauso as she smiled brilliantly, her blind eyes lighting up as she hugged him. He picked her up and put her on his shoulders, making her laugh like a five year old child and, much to his relief, she smiled at Naoko. His baby blue eyes softened with a sigh, happy that his god-sister was finally able to forgive and forget, and he hoped that she would continue to see things that way. Silly girl. She was such a trouble maker, and she was a just a big old drama queen when it came to most things. Kawauso used her vision jutsu and she blinked as the color seeped into her eyes, turning them a bright ocean blue color, causing her to bring a hand up to protect her sensative eyes from the glaring rays of the sun. Her slight frustration and mild anger towards the Kaiki were gone now and she felt completely at ease with Mui, so she felt very safe and sure that no one would get hurt this time.
"So, Isamu-san... Where are we going?" She asked sweetly, resting her head on top of Mui's and sighing in contentment as they began to walk towards the village. She rolled the sleeves of her black kimono back - she was going to die of heat stroke if she kept this thing on.
